Hunmbal Khan

Hunmbal has over 25 years of IT experience. He started his career as a JAVA developer over two decades ago. He then moved into the IBM middleware space as a WebSphere consultant. After gaining invaluable business and technical experience in the middleware integration arena, he co-founded W3 Partnership in 2007.
He is now our IBM DataPower Gateway and IBM API Connect expert. He has worked on numerous government, retail, insurance and banking projects for us. His integration expertise is well known and acknowledged across these industries.
Gill Hambleton

Gill has more than 35 years experience within IT spanning many different industries including finance, logistics, airport, legal, retail, in both private and public sector. Gill started as a programmer and moved up the ladder into management, gathering a wealth of experience along the way, operating at senior management level for 25+ years.
Richard Carey
Integrations Team Leader

Richard is a solutions architect and developer with over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. His main areas of expertise are in integration, collaboration, portal, mobile and iPaaS technologies.
Experience in these areas has been gained mainly with IBM products such as Connections, WebSphere Portal, Application Server and MQ, Mobile First and Bluemix. Most recently he has been working with MuleSoft and is certified as a MuleSoft 4 Developer with over 4 years’ experience in architecting and developing MuleSoft applications and APIs. His core programming language is Java/J2EE and has worked extensively with Open Source technologies.
He has good communication and problem-solving skills, works easily within a team or alone and has had team leading experience. He is familiar with Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
Tomasz Sydlowski

Tomasz leads our cloud infrastructure team. He started his career as an integration developer working with Java, MuleSoft and Spring. Tomasz is our technical specialist for all cloud based architecture and development solutions.
He is an AWS Certified Developer.
